United Kingdom. Email: support form.

We collect the information needed to operate this store, answer enquiries, process orders and provide delivery and support. This may include your name, contact details, billing and shipping address, order information, device information and messages you send us.

Purposes and lawful bases

We process order and delivery information because it is necessary to perform our contract with you. We use records for accounting, consumer protection and other legal obligations. We use proportionate security, fraud-prevention and service-improvement data where necessary for our legitimate interests. Marketing email is sent with consent and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Payments and service providers

Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored in the Headeer catalogue database. Information may be shared only as needed with Kougouleu for website hosting and order management, Stripe for payment processing, email providers for transactional messages, delivery partners and professional advisers or authorities where legally required.

International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on an applicable adequacy regulation or approved contractual safeguards and additional protections where required. Contact us for information about the relevant safeguard.

Retention

Order and financial records are kept for the period required by tax, accounting and consumer law. Support messages are kept while needed to resolve the request and establish a service history. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe or the list is no longer used. Security records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Required information and automated decisions

Contact and delivery details marked as required are necessary to complete and deliver an order. Without them we cannot fulfil the contract. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.
