Returns and refunds

Contact our support team with your order number before returning a product so we can give you the correct return instructions.

Online cancellation rights

Tell us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel. You then have 14 days to return it. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. Excessive handling may reduce your refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly. Faulty or misdescribed goods may qualify for a refund, repair or replacement under your statutory rights. Photos and your order number help us investigate quickly.

Batteries and large items

Do not post a battery or e-bike back before we confirm packing and carrier instructions, because batteries need special handling.
